The event will take place on Wednesday 20th September, 6.30pm at The Gibson Building, Rathbone Street, London - home of Gibson Guitars.
Attendees will learn how to compose, record, mix and share music and podcasts with Apple's GarageBand software. There will be live performances from a number of special guests, including Glenn Tilbrook, formerly of Squeeze. For those who have always wanted to take up the guitar, experts will be on hand to guide you in the right direction. There is also a prize draw where the lucky winner will walk away with a mini Mac Recording Studio including a 17" iMac and Epiphone Guitar!
Darren King of Square Group comments, "This is a very exciting event for anyone interested in the guitar who wants to be able to record their own tracks. We will show attendees just how easy it is to share their music, in the very prestigious surroundings of the Gibson Building. Refreshments will be provided and places are limited to 100, so we encourage people to register quickly."
