Krafty Kuts is an award winning DJ and producer from the UK. Known predominantly for his blend of breaks and hip-hop, Krafty Kuts is not only a master on the decks but the champion of throwing a storming party, slamming his tunes through the speakers and always keeping the crowds wanting more. With one of the longest mantlepieces in breakbeat, his award collection includes Best International DJ at the Australian Dance Music Awards, Breakspoll's Face of Breaks 2003 and Best Breaks DJ at the M8 Ibiza awards 06 in his first year of residence. His recognition from the Internation Breakbeat Awards, Breakspoll include Best DJ three years running, the well deserved Outstanding Contribution to Breakbeat Award and Best Album for his debut release Freakshow.
With a relentless string of live dates Krafty works incredibly hard, always ensuring his sets are fresh and his tunes are pounding. ilikemusic caught up with the legend himself for an early afternoon gin and tonic to chat about his plans for the next album, getting far too hammered and why he has exactly the right set of ingrediants to take it to the next level.
