Massive Attack Are Back With New Single and Album

The Bristol duo release their first new track in three years on March 13th 2006.

'Live With Me' is taken from the new Massive Attack Best Of album, 'Collected'. The CD single includes 'False Flags', a new song featuring Del Naja on vocals, who describes it as "fag pack politics in skanky Paris jazz club sometime between now and then," as well as an alternative version of 'Live With Me' with a string arrangement by David Arnold.

The single is accompanied by two videos directed by Jonathan Glazer. The first is more of a powerful short film than a pop video and the second, a performance video, Glazer's first music promos in six years. The 'short film' was shown on 4Play on 3rd February. You can watch it here:

The band will be performing a series of live dates and festivals throughout the summer and autumn of 2006, details of which will be announced soon. Their new studio album, 'Weather Underground', will be released in February 2007 while limited edition CD and Dual Disc - Collected is released on March 27th 2006.
