Craig Armstrong has a diverse career; his debut classical album Memory Takes My Hand was released on EMI Classics on 2nd June; earlier this year he received the Outstanding International Contribution award at Scottish BAFTAs, his third to date; he debuted his first opera, Gesualdo, in collaboration with renowned author Ian Rankin for the Scottish Opera's 5:15 project in February this year. He is perhaps most recognized for his extensive work in world cinema (Baz Luhrmann, Oliver Stone, Luc Besson), his latest score is for this summer's new blockbuster The Incredible Hulk, which premieres worldwide on 13th June 2008.
