Following the cancellation of Glade 2010, Glade Festival has subsequently been taken over by Secret Productions, the small team behind the much loved Secret Garden Party. Having spoken at length to festival director Ans (read the interview here) about the hopes for 2011, troubles in 2010 and decision to partner with Secret Productions our expectations for the newly revamped Glade were high; capacity was back down to the original 5,000 and despite a last minute addition of a Sub Focus DJ set, there were no big name headliners, just quality underground acts.
We went along to the revamped Glade 2011 to see if the statement stamped across their website - 'Revolutionised. Stripped back to its shiny grass roots.' would live up to its promise. Take a look at the pictures...
