REVIEW: Mz Bratt - Selecta

Mz Bratt

Mz Bratt has somehow found herself trapped in a floor-less world surrounded by trippy tribal graphics, an ever expanding troupe of white jeaned female skankers and handy sheets of A4 which luckily, have a few key lyrics from her new single Selecta printed clearly upon them (in a font which looks rather a lot like comic sans...).

Mz Bratt is the troublesome female MC repping her hustle in a world of UK Grime pretty much over-run with testosterone crazy boys - too many men, too many men - never a truer word was spoken.

She's been busy collaborating, recently appearing on the seriously smooth slice of UK RnB Woman's World with Selah and Sadie Ama (Shola's little sis...) a former Urban Track of The Week on I Like Music.

Here she's rollin like MIA's naughty little sister, sporting the greatest selection of jazzed up leg wear we've seen in one video, the occasional odd set of earrings and enough bouncy grimed up beats to keep us happy.

The East London MC was discovered by renowned urban producer Terror Danjah at a local MC battle. Selecta was produced by Bristol-based producer Redlight.
