I asked the panel if they thought more artists should be doing more to give something back:

"The last thing you want to do is preach to people," said Dermot. "But if everyone can log onto the website and see for themselves, that's great, because it's all about awareness and people need to know they can make a difference."

"Most people don't know about the vast inequities that exist within the global economics, that are run by numerified and extremely privileged groups and continue to make them richer," added Minnie. "It always seems to be that the neediest suffer the most, so it's good to draw attention to that in itself."

"I feel that it's important for artists such as myself to use the influence they have to raise awareness," added Jamelia.
