Mattafix - Things Have Changed Single and Rhythm and Hymns Album
New single Things Have Changed is a shining moment from the new album offering from Mattafix titled Rhythm & Hymns. At times it resembles the up-tempo cousin of their initial hit Big City Life. One of the qualities that initially attracted listeners and critics alike to Mattafix was their ability to craft unique and universally appealing music, a trait this track has in spades; the beatboxing element and middle eastern-style strings that appear throughout also add to that aura.
The single features a variety of remixes. There is future dub from the Moody Boyz, funky house from Wookie, minimal acid-house from Rui Da Silva and finally some glitch-eletro-house from Linus Love.
