O2 Wireless Festival Preview

Also set to materialise out of the studio and onto the stage are Underworld, godfathers of the lager-lager-lager 90s mash-up generation, promising to unleash a furore of beats and treats upon the cockney clubbers of London town.

With a collection of headline acts this exciting, the Queen's back garden will be a far cry from its usual summer attire of Corgies and Pimms. The festival's four stages will don an eclectic blend of the biggest names in rock, pop and dance, not forgetting a healthy dose of the best up and coming new artists. Last years festival sported the talents of today's chart toppers such as Kate Nash, The Twang and CSS. So remember to take your camera.

And, whatever you do, don't accept any party enhancers from the lady with the neatly quaffed grey hair and over-sized sunglasses claiming she has two birthdays….it's bound to be a trap.
