deivid: ilikemusic because... its the most beutiful and enjoyable thing in the world that makes every person in common. :)~Think festival. Think mud, tents, warm beer and dodgy chem-burgers. Now think Snowbombing. Pure white snow, 4* hotels, a revolutionary take on European après ski and steak meat so local you can hear the animals being slaughtered (but only on a Monday). Add 625km of piste and the world's best DJs and live acts, 3500 party goers and you've got the biggest event on snow this season.
Snowbombing is once again taking over the stunning Austrian resort of Mayrhofen for seven days of action on the slopes and in the clubs. The "piste by day, beats by night" ethos remains, with Mayrhofen providing the best spring snow in Europe and Snowbombing providing the beats, breaks and parties to make for one hell of a week.
THE PARTIES
Artists confirmed so far include Dave Clarke, London Elektricity, Norman Jay, The Cuban Brothers, Meat Katie, Justin Robertson, Bugz In The Attic, DJ Yoda, Krafty Kuts, High Contrast and Kid Carpet. Snowbombing's always had friends in high places and 2006 is no different, with parties in Mayrhofen hosted by some on the best clubs in the UK including Bugged Out!, BacktoBasics, Chibuku Shake Shake and Wax:On. 2006 also marks a massive leap forward for Snowbombing - a stunning outdoor pavilion traditionally used to stage the talents of the Mayrhofen town band will be commandeered to host a huge outdoor party, the likes of which have never been seen in the Alps.
