Wendy James Biography

Wendy met an engineer to work with and a studio to record in, she contacted someone she'd been introduced to on previous visits to N.Y.C to layout her artwork, up on Madison Avenue she walked into the offices of an attorney she knew and said 'If I bring you the finished cut of 'Racine Number One' will you help me set up my record label Pia-K recordings and do my distribution deals for me?' He said yes. Pia-K inc was formed, Pia-K recordings was set up as the record label within the corporation. The album was made, the artwork was made, the distribution deals for PiaK Recordings were made.
