Help: A Day In The Life
World’s Fastest-Ever Online Download Album

Help: A Day in the Life 9th September 2005

Coldplay and Babyshambles were the last-minute additions to the list of incredible artists taking part in Help: A Day in the Life, War Child's latest music event and album

Coldplay contributed a new version of 'How You See The World', a song previously only available in Japan. Chris Martin re-wrote the lyrics for the project and recorded the vocals at a studio in New York on Thursday 8th September. The vocals were then sent digitally to Help producer Mark Stent who remixed the track that night.

Babyshambles' track 'Bollywood to Battersea' was recorded exclusively for War Child after the band completed recording of their hotly anticipated debut album.

The bands featured got together to record a track in one day which War Child then made available to download that day Sept 9th - releasing the fastest ever album.
