B'estfest 1st July - 5th July - Romexpo, Bucharest, Romania
If you didn't think of Romania as a festival destination then think again! Taking place in the capital city Bucharest, B'estfest offers a multitude of artists for 5 days from the 1st - 5th July including; The Killers, Motorhead, Franz Ferdinand, Santana, Moby, Orbital, The Charlatans, White Lies, Klaxons, The Ting Tings and many more. So if you fancy a city break and some great music, B'estfest is the ideal combination and best of all it won't cost the earth!
The festival has 3 stages (2 open air and one tent) and also includes Games & Entertainment area, VIP Hospitality Village, Corporate responsibility area (ONGs), Food & drinks area and chill-out and lounge areas with special green and beach zones.
Other delights include the Silent Disco and The Dukes Box, which is a custom built audio-visual show that combines music and performance. An entire band dressed in gold and spandex is crammed into a jukebox the size of a wardrobe and is the adventurous and hilarious performance you will ever see! Poles Apart will also put a smile on your face, as they take the the concept of street music to great heights literally, they are 10 feet tall! Elvis ain't dead, but a little stretched! With the arsenal of sousaphone, banjo, sax and percussion they will be playing your favourite heavy metal favs, as well as some cheesy pop tunes.
