Craze 24 - You Don't Have To Be American
The United States of America is the motherland of Hip Hop, a cultural movement that began in the 1970's in New York City.
The United States of America is also the birth place of Tupac Shakur, Biggie Smalls, Jay Z and Nas; some of the greatest rappers of all time.
Today, in 2008, it's time for England, France, Germany, Japan and the rest of the world (all of whom have developed their own unique styles of Hip Hop incorporating their local influences) to stand up and be counted in this billion dollar business as the next generation of Hip Hop.
In this ground-breaking track entitled You Don't Have To Be American, Craze 24 challenges the perception that many people, both sides of the pond, beleive that to be a good rapper you have to be American.
Craze 24 delivers a powerful message letting everyone know that the UK has boundless talent - be it Hip Hop, sport or any other business.

Kal Lavelle: ilikemusic because... it's cheaper than a therapist! ;)
O'Bailey: ilikemusic because... I can live vicariously through a song, whether it's a screaming angry rock anthem or a silly kids song ("I'm a little yellow fish" anyone?) haha!
Lupe Fiasco: ilikemusic because... It gives me a chance to escape and reach people I wouldn’t ordinarily be able to reach. And without music the world would be kinda quiet.
DJ Format: ilikemusic because... I was never going to make it as a footballer
Tom Baxter: ilikemusic because... It makes you feel alive more than anything else.
Danny: ilikemusic because... It's my life
Rasmus, Alphabeat: ilikemusic because... It makes me happy and it makes me dance around and sometimes it makes me a bit emotional. It encompasses all the emotions from happiness to sadness and it’s fun to play too.
