Beat junkies and turntablists beware! The 2007 WORLD DMC DJ Championships are upon us, with this year's event looking set to be the biggest yet! The World Final weekend will be taking place at the brand new Indig02 in London on the 6th & 7th October

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the elite of the UK's deejays who've progressed through all the recent heats and finals to take on the rest of the world's turntablists. The winners will also receive a selection of exclusive prizes from Technics, Ortofon and ck one, with the overall champion having a chance to win the Golden Technics Turntable and Ortofon's prize of $10,000.

With DJ technology ever evolving DMC keep it old school (for now anyway!) with only one set of Technics SL1210 turntables, a mixer with no effects or modifications and only stylus in the Ortofon range allowed per competitor. A factor that will give each participant an equal platform and really crank up the pressure for each round!
