Kid Cudi - Make Her Say

Kid CuDi AKA Cleveland, Ohio native and Brooklyn resident Scott Mescudi is at the van-guard of a new generation of game-changing hip hop artists - throwing away the clichés and replacing them with spaced out wit and trippy imagination.

Kid CuDi released his first mixtape, A Kid Named Cudi, in July, 2008 as a free download sponsored by New York streetwear company 10 Deep, leading to an introduction and signing to Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music imprint, and in turn, to CuDi's co-writing of four tracks on the platinum Kanye West album 808s & Heartbreak, including the Top 5 single, Heartless and stepping out in a featured vocal on Welcome to Heartbreak.

Kid CuDi is completing his debut album, Man on the Moon: The End of The Day, for an Autumn 2009 release on Dream On/G.O.O.D. Music/Universal Motown. CuDi is also is launching his own label, Dream On in a joint venture with G.O.O.D. Music later this year. "CuDi is a combination of constant inspiration, struggle, reality and dreams put to melody!" declared superstar producer/artist and G.O.O.D. Music label founder Kanye West.

In the UK Kid CuDi had a no.2 hit single with the Crookers' remix of Day N' Nite in January 09 while Make Her Say is the first single from the forthcoming album. Sampling Lady GaGa's Poker Face it re-wires its meaning with two massive verses from hip hop legends and its sound with a breakbeat and scratching by A-Trak.

The remix package was commissioned by A-Trak's Fool's Gold label resulting in two awesome dancefloor weapons. First up, Dubsided's newest signings Nadastrom. This Washington DC duo are favourites of Dave 'Switch' Taylor. Then from the Dutchman of the moment Afrojack, who has been dominating sets with his house bangers and putting in some high profile co-productions (e.g. Major Laser's 'Pon De Floor').
