T.I ft Justin Timberlake - Dead & Gone

Dead & Gone is the brand new T.I. single available from March 2nd (digital) and March 9th 2009 (physical) via Atlantic Records. It follows the epic Just Blaze produced, UK no.2 single Live Your Life, (and US No.1) featuring Rihanna - which certified silver on this side of the pond, selling more than 200K. Both singles are taken from the Grammy nominated Atlanta native's sixth studio effort - Paper Trail.

Produced by and featuring Justin Timberlake, Dead and Gone is already enjoying an A-listing at Capital and Hit Music Network, B-listing at Galaxy and enjoying massive support from the likes of Choice FM and 1Xtra. The forthcoming video will reunite T.I with Justin Timberlake, shot entirely on location in Los Angeles.

Arguably his most potent and important LP to date, Paper Trail sees the 'King of the South' collaborate with a stellar guest list including Swizz Beatz, Usher, Ludacris, John Legend and the aforementioned Justin Timberlake. The album's title is a direct reference to T.I.'s return to writing down his lyrics, a practice he has not engaged in since his debut record, I'm Serious' which came out in 2001.

Since then, T.I. has grown to become one of the most revered and successful artists in his genre, racking up millions in album sales and a myriad of awards, among them two Grammys. In July of 2007, his conceptual masterpiece, T.I. vs T.I.P., debuted at the top of the Billboard charts, selling nearly 500,000 units in its first week of release - on its way to RIAA platinum certification.
