How To Get Self-Confidence and Use It

Another girl who's held her chin up and blasted onto the scene with bags of confidence is Lady Sovereign. Lady Sov grew up in Chalk Hill estate and has since been signed by Jay-Z to Def Jam.

So what would her advice be to those living in poor areas with minimal opportunities?

"Just be proud of who you are and where you come from," says Lady Sov. "You can't help where you are from or how your life is, its life innit? Just get on with it man, make the most of it. You can't make something out of nothing, you've just gotta do it man."
