MUTYA: Thank you. Well, it depends on what kind of song I listen to. I tend to always go for the melody first. Just because, as soon as I've got the melody I can match the lyrics up and see how I can blend it in well enough with the melody. But, depending on the music, sometimes you think of a concept beforehand and start writing stuff down. It's kind of like writing poetry down I suppose. You write down what you're thinking about and what you're feeling during that moment of what you think the song's about and then I put the melody to it. Or, sometimes I just end up singing over the track and just mumbling stuff, and certain words always comes out that that makes the best sense, so sometimes I take it from there really.

ILM: "B Boy Baby" features Amy Winehouse, how did that come about? I bet you had lots of fun?

MUTYA: Yeah, I was thinking the video for that (because I think it might be my next single after this one) would be such a great video, because it's not a serious song. You can take the mickey out of yourself on it. And it's quite sexual to a point where you can have good fun and it's not like you've got to take yourself seriously, it's a fun song. Salaam Remi came over to the UK and I was working with him and he showed me a track.
