Mutya Buena chats to I Like Music
He worked with Amy for her first and second album and there was a track that they'd done when she went over to America and it already had her vocals on it for the chorus, but no other lyrics, so we finished it off. I re-did everything then sat down and I thought 'it would be lovely to see Amy in it'. And her A&R and my A&R are the same guy, so he cleared it with her and she went back into the studio and re-did her part and then I did mine. We didn't get to work in the studio together, but I've known her for years and she's a great girl. I think she's got one of the best voices in the UK.
