PJ Harvey releases her sublime brand new album, White Chalk, on September 24th 2007, to add to her wildly-impressive back-catalogue.
This is her eighth studio album and her first new material since 2004's critically acclaimed 'Uh Huh Her'.

A single entitled 'When Under Ether' is out now (WATCH THE VIDEO here), released on download and vinyl 7" on September 17th. The b-side is previously unreleased and unavailable track 'Wait', one of the first songs ever recorded by Harvey in 1988.
PJ Harvey went into the studio late last year to record and produce with Flood and John Parish. The three had worked together previously on the Grammy nominated 'To Bring You My Love' and on 'Is This Desire?'. 'White Chalk' also includes musical contributions from Harvey's long time associate Eric Drew Feldman, and Jim White from The Dirty Three.
Following a sold out show at this years Manchester International Festival, PJ Harvey is set to play Bristol's Colston Hall on September 24th, and at Royal Festival Hall on September 29th.
