The Charlatans
Album: Simpatico (10th April 06)
Single: Blackened Blue Eyes (3rd April 06)

The Charlatans return with a new album Simpatico through Sanctuary Records on Monday April 10th. A single Blackened Blue Eyes is released one week earlier on 3rd April.

The album was produced by Jim Lowe (Stereophonics) and recorded at Hook End Manor Studios and mixed at Townhouse Studios at the end of 2005.

Simpatico is the bands ninth album and is the follow-up to the highly acclaimed Up At The Lake (2004). Three of The Charlatans albums (Some Friendly (1990), The Charlatans (1995) and Tellin' Stories (1997) all reached number one in the UK chart. Two albums, Us and Us Only (1999) and Wonderland (2001) debuted at number two.
