Lower Leg, released on seven inch vinyl and available to download, is the first taste of what to expect from the band's second album Frauhaus ! which is released on the 30th of November 2009. Vinyl copies of the single will come backed with two exclusive new tracks The Burry Man and How Sweet The Sound.
Formed a couple of years ago with a line up of Rivka Gillieron (vocals & guitar), Billy Easter (bass) and Sarah Datblygu (drums), Wetdog stand out amidst the wave of female bands emerging in the US and UK such as Trash Kit, Plug, Vivian Girls, and New Bloods. The band have an affinity with Datblygu and Euros Childs and count The Wicker Man, Micachu, Syd Barrett and Robert Crumb amongst their influences, but they really don't sound like anything else around.
