Jo Whiley: ilikemusic because... It makes me laugh and it makes my cry and it gets me out of a stress if I’m in a stress, and, if I’m in a good place then it will make me in a better place. It’s all about the emotion, it’s all about the feeling where music takes you to and what affect it has on you.
Sarah Christine: ilikemusic because... Music is like a puzzle. Each peice by itself is unique and looks like no other puzzle peice, but when you put it all together, you expeirience a completely different picture. It's on an almost daily basis that I find myself getting lost in my music, and I love it!
Del: ilikemusic because... music is life
Ryan, OneRepublic: ilikemusic because... It is the soundtrack to my life every day.
Rhys, Good Shoes: ilikemusic because... It gets you moving.Fresh from the success of their top 15 chart hit 'Tied Up Too Tight', Staines four piece Hard-Fi continue a phenomenal 2005 with new single 'Hard To Beat'.
Co-produced by singer Richard Archer and long time cohort Wolsey White, 'Hard To Beat' takes the dark, dubby shapes of previous two singles 'Cash Machine' and 'Tied Up Too Tight', sprinkles them with the modern day Friday night electro-glitz of Stardust and the result is an anthemic celebration of the meat market buzz of suburban clubbing. As NME recently exclaimed, it's "like 'Music Sounds Better With You' scratching at track marks in a bedsit".
