Kaiser Chiefs - Every Day I Love You Less And Less

Every Day I Love You Less And Less - single released 16th May 2005

2004 witnessed the national birth of the Kaiser Chiefs, whilst the onset of 2005 has been nothing short of what could be described as the Kaiser maelstrom...

In short, the band managed to storm the recent NME Shockwaves tour as openers, wowed new and old alike at the NME awards finale whilst also breaking into the Top 10 with 'Oh My God'. The icing on the cake was the emergence of the band's debut album 'Employment' - released to almost universal praise, including a raft of five star reviews - at Number 3, the culmination of a year long slog coming in from the wings and hitting everyone smack between the ears!

The band have also managed to impress Brits and locals at the annual South By South West shindig in Texas alongside another set of US live dates which continue to herald their arrival that side of the Atlantic - 'Employment' entered the Billboard Hot 100 week of release and is set to remain in the charts for some while yet. There was also the small matter of appearing as guests on the hugely influential 'Letterman Show', no mean feat for a band who have yet to release a single in the States!
