Rick: Mark's always had this dream that he wants to wear a rabbit suit and hop down the street… That's sort of how the song started. And then he just came up with a bassline!

Mark: Also, I think as far as direction goes, because we're not releasing an album per se, we'll be releasing individual songs, that has given us much more creative freedom in the studio. So we're trying out different genres and different effects and just feeling generally less restricted by what would traditionally be the 'Ash' sound or whatever. It's good to see things evolve over time.

Rick: It's nice to be able to go off on a tangent and not have to worry about sticking to a specific sound. Keeps it exciting for us as well!

ILM: Everyone is looking forward to the A to Z Series beginning in September. How prepared are you to release a new single every fortnight?

Rick: I'd say we're quietly confident. We're just finishing the next batch of songs that we started recording a couple of weeks ago and once they're done we'll have forty-four songs. I think we'll bring out another batch of eight either this year or next year, which will bring us up to fifty-two.
