Leon Jean-Marie: ilikemusic because... It transcends. It really creates emotion with someone. That feeling it gives you, it goes through boundaries. To create something, it just breaks through all the walls. When you connect with a song, that is it, that is magic isn't it?
Master Gee: ilikemusic because... It gives me an opportunity to truly express myself, unlike what happens in an everyday living situation where there are restrictions on you and limitations on you and demands on you and bills to pay, through music I can truly be comfortable with who I am, and do what I really want to do and say what I really want to say.

"I Like Music because… I have no choice - it plays in my head." COLIN MACINTYRE
ILM: Can you give us your own personal description of your latest single Famous For Being Famous?
Colin: Sonically it's a bit more urgent and guitar-orientated than most of my Mull Historical Society material. It's a title I had for a while and seems to fit with the times. It's about a Zzzz-List celeb, searching for attention, who has left their old world behind, and no longer has the fame, but must keep in shape, doing press-ups with their toes incase a chance to present a toe makeover show springs up. It was based on Andy Warhol's 15 minutes prediction. He's always been a bit of a cultural influence of mine, but we didn't have many pop factories on Mull so I had to go to New York to find out more about him. The song begins with an 'Andy Warhol Said!' shout, which is the last thing I recorded for the new album, The Water. So, the video was always going to feature him, or my interpretation of him.
