DJ Ironik - Stay With MeDJ Ironik Chats To ilikemusic
DJ Ironik: It's faster and more up-tempo than my last song, which was obviously really slow. When I'm performing it makes sense to have a faster song as well as one which will make everyone cry, that's what we thought we would do. But, we've got loads of other stuff on the album.
ILM: Do you have a favourite track on the album?
DJ Ironik: Yeah, the album is good. They're all really good. But I think I've got about three that are really really good!
ILM: What are they?
DJ Ironik: There's one called Amazing, one called Tracey and one called I Love You.
ILM: What was it like in the studio whilst you made the album?
DJ Ironik: We worked on the album for about a month and a half, it was kind of quick. Sometimes we would get a song done and A&R would say things like 'We don't want a track with six different things on it.' They changed the single so much. It was all fun though, it was good making the album. I was working in a lot of different studios.
