David Guetta chats to I Like Music

ILM: You appeared in an advert for L'Oreal hair cream. How was that whole experience?

DAVID: L'oreal are using a lot of big personalities like Beyonce before me, so I was really astonished to tell you the truth, but I thought it was really amazing for the whole DJ world that L'Oreal one of the biggest advertisers, they buy the most publicity in the world and very influential. And I thought if they're interested in DJs and electronic music, that's really good for all of us. Also they'd asked me to play The World Is Mine as the background music, and that's good opportunity as unfortunately the media are very difficult about playing our music, radio and TV. It's getting better now, but then it was one of the only ways to get your music played, so I went for it and it was a very good experience, lots of fun.

ILM: You did Creamfields in Spain last year; are you doing any UK festivals this year?
