ILM: What was it like when you met for the first time?

Dolly Rockers: We were all so young and from completely different parts of England but after speaking we realised we all had the same sense of humour! I think that's what made us get on so well.

ILM: What sets the Dolly Rockers apart from other girl groups?

Dolly Rockers: I think we're just trying to put the fun back into pop. We're not going down the sexy pouty route, we write our own music and put a lot of personality into everything we do which a lot of manufactured girl bands aren't able to do.

ILM: How would you describe the Dolly Rockers sound?

Dolly Rockers: We like to call it cocky pop or drunk disco, they're catchy pop songs with tongue in cheek lyrics!

ILM: Who/what are your musical inspirations?
