Aristazabal : Adam, as a producer, is so patient. He played quite a big part in the way the record sounds. There are some very funny stories. We learnt to know when to pick your battles. We are all so different and quite opinionated in our own way. Sometimes you really do have to stick to your ideas…"I really think this should sound like this etc"...and other times you can tell you need to back down. We learnt to tell when someone is being a bit egocentric about it, just wanting their bit in because it was them playing, even though it wasn't necessarily what was best for the song or the whole thing. That took some time. It was a very democratic process, which was unlike the first record. It was a good thing. It was quite challenging for everyone because it took so much time to try out everyone's ideas, but we got there in the end!
