Innerpartysystem Chat To ilikemusic

Pennsylvanian quartet Innerpartysystem have recently played a string of UK live dates. These have included an appearance at Projekt revolution alongside Linkin Park and Enter Shakari, as well as a set at the O2 Wireless Festival. With the video for their single Penta reaching number one status on Scuzz and a host of support from the likes of Zane Lowe, XFM and Kerrang! Innerpartysystem look set to entertain fans for a while longer with their blend of heavy beats and baselines fused with rock riffs and vocals.

We caught up with drummer Jared Piccone to chat about their latest single Don't Stop, playing live and the affect the internet has had on their rise to fame.

"I Like Music because… I've been trying to figure out why I like music my whole life. What is it about a group of sounds put together that can move me like it does? How does that happen? Why does it NEVER GET OLD? It boggles my mind. As long as I can remember I've been playing my favorite songs in my headphones so loud it f**king hurts. And it never gets old. It's still my absolute favorite thing to do. Lay down, and listen to whatever I'm feeling at the time, as loud as I possibly can." JARED PICCONE, INNERPARTYSYSTEM
