Jacob Golden Chats To I Like Music
Jacob Golden writes delicate, carefully created songs which show a real insight into the modern world. This is an artist who concentrates on the process of making music as much as the performance itself. Often recording outside of the studio whenever the urge takes hold and enjoying living room performances as much as larger gigs, this man is in it purely for the music. A refreshing addition to the music industry.
We caught up with Jacob to talk about his new album Revenge Songs, doing covers of punk songs and finding inspiration.

ILM: Your brand new single, On A Saturday, is out now. You recorded the single in your bedroom in Portland Oregon inspired by your time in London. You say at the end, "I want to sit and watch the girls in Soho Square, I fell in love so many times just sitting there." What was it about London and the girls here that you liked so much?
