James Zabiela is enjoying the ride. Since being announced as a Space resident a couple of years back, having popped his Balearic cherry by warming up for Sasha, James has toured the globe (many times) wowed many crowds with his snappy, synth, tech house and breakbeat action and is currently mid-tour having joined forces with another fantastic DJ, Nic Fanciulli, for the One+One Tour and album. Now "that's" what we call progression.
The I Like Music chief has known James since buying vinyl from a certain Mr Zabiela senior [James' dad] from the long gone but not forgotten Movement Records shop in Southampton many years ago. Subsequently, James has long been our favourite DJ. Not just because he's from our home town of Southampton, but because he is one of those DJs who has the duality of impressing people on a night out wanting to dance AND blowing the minds of other DJs watching the master at work!
Now, James Zabiela and Nic Fanciulli have united on One+One as they attempt to create a piece of dance music history.
