ILM: You've just finished recording your debut album, scheduled for release in August. Tell us more…Which track has been the most fun to lay down in the studio?
Dom: It was so fun doing the album. We got a chance, for the first time, to explore the songs outside of a live context. We wanted to record the whole album live, almost like you were listening to a gig, but still use the benefits of being in a studio. We had a good time with all of the tracks, working out new parts and just bringing out the songs a bit more. When you just listen to a CD you don't get the same vibe as when you hear something live. It was great fun. We could create things in the studio that we could never do live.
