I Like Music caught up with Idaho musician, Josh Ritter, to talk about his music, the countryside and education.

ILM: Your new single Mind's Eye (Irish single) is out now (released in January). Please describe the track and its whole vibe?
JOSH: That's one of the first songs that I started the record with. With every record there's a song that helps me figure out the kind of vocabulary and the sounds that I'm going for on the record and Mind's Eye gave me a kind of model to work the rest of the record off of. It's full of threats that I hope nobody takes seriously, like Yosamite Sam
