Katie Price and Peter Andre chat to I Like Music

KATIE: There's a reason for that.

PETER: A year and a half ago I was a lot more into singing than Kate was. And now she's really showing her vocals and that.

KATIE: I think the reason why is because I'm not a singer as such. But then I wasn't an author, but now I'm called an author because my books have been successful, so if the music becomes successful and I do more, I suppose, what am I a singer then? Author, model, presenter… I don't know. I try everything and we'll see what happens, but I hope to do music definitely, because I do love it in the studio recording, absolutely love it. It's just the confidence out on stage, I've just got to get used to.

But luckily I've got Pete, because he's a professional, he guides me on stage. It's real comfy, it's like a comfort having him on stage, because if I was just stuck on my own on there… well, look at Eurovision, I was like a nervous wreck, but Pete's really good.
