Michael Bolton chats to I Like Music

ILM: So everybody connects and has that rapport and it just flows?

MICHAEL: Yeah. But it's not as easy as it sounds, when you see all those bodies in one room and they're all trying to concentrate and listen, that alone is such an achievement: one person standing on a podium in front of them and trying to get them all to gel. And we're inside listening, to make sure every instrument is tuned. So it's not easy… We got very lucky, I'm very fortunate, we got the greatest players, we really did.
