Evie: ilikemusic because... it's a jungle of imagination you don't mind getting lost in.
dawn Leonetti: ilikemusic because... it makes me spin, giggle and bubble up - kinda my own Rice Crispies cereal ("snap, crackle, pop") in the audio form...
Sam, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly: ilikemusic because... Music is a special thing that is not like anything else in the world. You might argue that you can translate emotions through films and through books but anyone can make music, whether that be humming or singing along to the radio, it’s something that gives enjoyment and positivity to many people.
Mutya Buena: ilikemusic because... It’s something I’ve grown up listening to, I enjoy singing I don’t think I know what I’d do without music to tell you the truth. It helps me out in so many ways.
Kano: ilikemusic because... It brings people together. It makes people smile and dance, it makes people happy. I like the energy it gives off.
Darren: ilikemusic because... It makes me dance like a motherf**ker
O'Bailey: ilikemusic because... I can live vicariously through a song, whether it's a screaming angry rock anthem or a silly kids song ("I'm a little yellow fish" anyone?) haha!
Robyn: ilikemusic because... It’s the way I want to express myself. It’s not a choice. It’s just always been there. It’s just what I do.
iona starr: ilikemusic because... it soothes my soul ;) x
Do your own thing and don't be part of the scene.
ILM: Can you describe your favourite place on earth?
DOM: On a reef - dead mans reef in the Bahamas. It's 50ft down and when I learned how to dive there I was going 'holy shit!'. It's the most amazing feeling... other than music. Or another favourite place would be sitting on top of a mountain in Mirabel in France getting scared of the black run.
ILM: What is in your CD player right now?
DOM: Bands with girl vocalists I'm into at the moment. I like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and a new band called Metric and Be Your Own Pet - they all have female vocalists. Plus Lighting Pots???. I went to see them at the Garage and it ruined me they're so good!
