Muse chat to I Like Music

ILM: And also if you've got Rage Against The Machine saying, 'F*** you won't do what you tell me!' it gets you going.

DOM: Yeah, that one always goes down well.

ILM: You've certainly come a long way since aged 19, you guys were swept from your decorating jobs into private jets and limos as the A&R hunt began. Looking back have you been able to smell the roses and enjoy the journey? And can you remember how you felt when you jacked in your job to be a full time proper rock musician?

DOM: Yeah since we first were in the situation to tell our old bosses that we were leaving and the whole journey has been a whole load of fun, its been a life changing experience filled with a large amount of enjoyment. The whole process of making music and then having the chance to make more music and record albums and tour and get a chance to play gigs and do bigger gigs every time, the whole thing is the best feeling in the world. So I've done more than smell the roses.
