You need to go in knowing that you're going to work, it's not going to be easy or fun all the time, as a matter of fact at the beginning it's not going to be fun at all. It's going to be all work. You'll come across a lot of people who think that they know exactly what you should be doing and there's a lot of drama in the beginning that you go through to get to that level, but if you truly want to get there, you'll deal with it and keep moving. That's what I did.
