Jarrah waia: I like music coz iam a dancer and i rip it up
Taio Cruz: ilikemusic because... It’s my life and it’s the air that I breathe. It calms me when I’m feeling uptight and it’s there for me when I want to party if I want to listen to something up tempo, it’s just amazing in any situation. That’s why I like music!
Lupe Fiasco: ilikemusic because... It gives me a chance to escape and reach people I wouldn’t ordinarily be able to reach. And without music the world would be kinda quiet.
Patrick: ilikemusic because... Music came from the universe...always finding a way into societies from the beginning of time. I imagine it has always been out there waiting for us to show up. I'm so glad we made it!
Jacbob: ilikemusic because... It's very VERY good
Benedict D. Mahon Esq.: ilikemusic because... the wardrobes stop barking when the bass kicks in

iona starr: ilikemusic because... it soothes my soul ;) x
KT Tunstall: ilikemusic because... It makes me feel alive!ILM: What's been your standout live show as a punter, seeing someone else play?
NIKOLA: Ooh, I just recently went to a John Mayer's gig in England, and I thought his new album was ridiculously amazing! I haven't heard the album, but I've heard it live and it was phenomenal. So impressed! I think it was one of my favourite gigs of this year.
ILM: In terms of your debut album, what track has been the most fun to lay down in the studio?
Well I've been doing a lot of writing and demos, and the songs on the EP are still not the end product. So we're possibly doing four songs at the minute. But the whole recording process is very intense and I enjoy it all. I'm still learning a lot about it.
ILM: And what have you learned in particular about the whole recording process?
NIKOLA: I've had it around me all my life, but when it happens to you it's something very different. I think my album is going to be pretty much half live, so having the vibe and then building on that is really exciting. I find it very thrilling actuall. To have the opportunity to have an album out is a deep privilege and watching the dream that you've had since you were 12 come true, is really worth seeing; worth all the work and worth all the sweat and tears.
