SWAY: Exactly.

ILM: What's your favourite Sway track to play live?

SWAY: The track that probably gets the most response right now is Up Your Speed, that and This Is My Demo. People go crazy for that track man. But we put on a good show man. As long as the crowd are open-minded and ready. We do everything. We even play Park Life as part of our show.

ILM: Your music draws on a broad range of musical styles including hip-hop, grime, soul and pop and fresh lyrics, please describe the Sway process of making such fine music please?

SWAY: I first of all get an idea, then I get melody. Sometimes I've already got a melody. I use my phone an awful lot. When I get an idea I often hum or rap it onto my phone. And then I take my phone to the studio, and if I need a live guitar on it I play it to the session musicians or my boy Shucks and make it a reality man, it's all in stages. It takes me ages to finalise a track, but it takes me anywhere from an hour to two hours to write a full song. All the mixes and that, I want it perfect, I always try and make use of what we've got, so I try to use every piece of equipment to its fullest capability.
