Terry, The Temptations: ilikemusic because... There’s no way I could ever imagine a world without music.
Sian Evans: ilikemusic because... when everyone you cared about lets you down (e.g. friends, boyfriend, parents) all at the same time music will always be there to pick you up and help you move on. ;-)
Rhys, Good Shoes: ilikemusic because... It gets you moving.
Master Gee: ilikemusic because... It gives me an opportunity to truly express myself, unlike what happens in an everyday living situation where there are restrictions on you and limitations on you and demands on you and bills to pay, through music I can truly be comfortable with who I am, and do what I really want to do and say what I really want to say.
cherylyn emery: ilikemusic because... it makes me happy even when im sad
Steff, Webmaster Musebr.com: ilikemusic because... the shows are very good, we make friends, we jump, and everybody scream so loud, and for a moment we forget all the problems of the world!
Seaney Devereux: ilikemusic because... there's a song for every emotion and music creates debate and debate is what brings us together, it breaks down the walls that seperate sterotypes and it's always involved in your favourite youth memories.
Ciarran, The Feeling: ilikemusic because... I find it constantly inspiring and it’s a joy to listen to and a joy to play; it really is a huge part of my life.
susan rowe: ilikemusic because... it reaches the soul, sooths the mind, speaks volumes, lightens the heart. music is food for my soul.
SERGIO: Well it started with, I received a phone call from my record company one day about two years ago, they told me they had a band called the Black Eyed Peas and the leader of the band, Will I Am was a big fan of mine and would like to come to my house to meet me. Which he did, and I opened the door and he was holding my old albums. And he told me that my music was a big influence in his life, which I was very surprised about. And he told me he grew up in LA and was listening to my music and my records, which he'd sampled on some of his records, and he invited me to play on his album, Elephunk, and I played a track on the album, and I really enjoyed working with him. So after that I said, why don't we do something together? We'll bring the great melodies and songs from the Bossanova days and Samba and Brazil, and then you bring the whole hip hop and RnB world, and I think that'd be a wonderful meeting and merging of the two styles. And that's what we did.
