Chuck, Simple Plan: ilikemusic because... It was always a way to escape whatever problems I was going through; whatever trouble I had, I could just put on a record or a song and feel better right away and I hope that our music can have the same effect on our fans.
Sarah Christine: ilikemusic because... Music is like a puzzle. Each peice by itself is unique and looks like no other puzzle peice, but when you put it all together, you expeirience a completely different picture. It's on an almost daily basis that I find myself getting lost in my music, and I love it!
Murron :): ilikemusic becuase... ITS FRIGGIN AWESOME!! I mean, who can live without music?!
Hugo, The Maccabees: ilikemusic because... I just do. I’ve always liked music. It’s just my thing.

Kevin Michael: ilikemusic because... I’ve been singing my entire life. I cannot go without listening to it or singing for a day. I wake up to it, I go to sleep to it, I am music.
Jair Dynast: ilikemusic because... I am able to express my thoughts and ideas with a worldwide audience and make a lasting connection with the fans that relate to my music. It's a special gift to be able to share my life experiences through music and have it connect with so many people. Hopefully in many cases my music can help fans through the day, the month or the year. Blessings to all music lovers!!
Leon Jean-Marie: ilikemusic because... It transcends. It really creates emotion with someone. That feeling it gives you, it goes through boundaries. To create something, it just breaks through all the walls. When you connect with a song, that is it, that is magic isn't it?
Mylo: ilikemusic because... It makes me feel funny
ILM: Good to have friends like Noel then.
JAMES: Yeah.
ILM: Most of the album was recorded in Noel's barn, with producer Craig Silvey. What have you learned both from Noel and Craig and Ian Broudie for that matter?
JAMES: Yeah you learn different things from different people and add it to your own opinions really. Craig's more into the sound of the record and we learned loads about arrangements from Brodie; but you learn different stuff all the time from loads of people.
ILM: So it's like layering what you know already and building on it?
JAMES: Yeah, you've jut got to be open to different stuff.
ILM: You recorded most of it live and it's the strongest collection of songs you've made. Are you constantly searching for the holy grail that is the perfect song?
JAMES: Yeah, you're always looking to write the perfect set of songs really. I'm looking for that one day.
ILM: Well you're definitely on the right track. You formed in 96 and collectively found it hard when Guitarist Bill Ryder-Jones quit touring with the band in the summer of 2005 to deal with some personal problems. You then smoked loadsa weed and lost it a bit - How have you recovered? You sound invigorated. And Bill's back now isn't he? Must be good to be a unit again?
