ILM: You've got a reputation for being fantastic live - what's been your standout gig to date?
CIARAN: I think for me, the first time I realized how many people were into us was when we did V Festival and the second day the sun came out for us and there were loads of people there, more than we expected to see. And to have all of them singing along, especially when it's not your own crowd it's not at one of your own gigs, that was quite special and it then hit me, 'oh ok there are a lot of people into us.
And when you're touring around in a bubble you're not necessarily aware of that because you're playing to different faces each time and at different size venues, some of which are small and some of which are bigger, so it doesn't hit home.
