ILM: How was the 'Concert For Diana'?
CIARAN: It was great; it was very nerve-wracking because you have 10 minutes and you go out there and you hope all your equipment works, and it's going out live and it's being filmed and there are millions of people are watching. You try not to think about that but it's in the back of your mind so you go out there and you're really nervous, but fortunately it went really well and it came across well on TV and we were really happy with it. It was a great day, it really was.
ILM: I heard you on the Live Lounge on Radio 1 the other day, which was suitably brilliant, how did you decide which songs to play?
CIARAN: For a show like that they're quite specific really, they want something current in the top 40, so that limits the choice to a certain extent. Other times when they ask for a cover we can be a bit freer with our choices, so for instance we recently did a cover of a Joan Jackson song called Different For Girls, so sometimes you have to fit certain criteria.

You might argue that you can translate emotions through films and through books but anyone can make music, whether that be humming or singing along to the radio, it’s something that gives enjoyment and positivity to many people.
lolo: ilikemusic because... music is where some people display affection, show emotions and actually showing off who they are and their thinking. it is special unlike anything cos it goes out and never comes in back but in others.
Kano: ilikemusic because... It brings people together. It makes people smile and dance, it makes people happy. I like the energy it gives off.
