ILM: Talking of At The Drive In, will there be a reunion?

Cedric: We've finally buried the hatchet. We had a meeting to do that recently, to hang out and see if we could get along still. I've always said in the past that I would never be immature enough just to say no all the time to a possible reunion. It's just that it could never really happen within the next two or three years. We're going to be so busy with this band. We had a meeting. That is all it was. We wanted to get our business straight. Labels like Fearless and certain business managers have been ripping us off for so long, we wanted to get everyone on the same page and sort out our finances. It's a little frustrating when I see little kids that are able to go to a Warp Tour and buy At The Drive In shirts with a ghetto blaster on them. To see other people rip that design off and to see little kids wear it, never having seen the band, and us not getting paid for it....It was just high time that we all buried the hatchet, tried to sort that out and see if we could all be friends. That meeting has been blown so out of proportion! I mean, it wouldn't fit into our schedule at the moment! There are tours, side projects and also my own record when I get around to it! It would take up way too much of our time. Plus it's an old pair of pants that don't really fit that well anymore, so I'm not sure if I'd want to wear them out infront of anyone again.page << 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 >>
