ILM: What advice would you offer to other people wanting to follow their dream career?
Phil: It is important to work hard at whatever you want to do. Find what you love doing and work hard at it. Everyone would love to do something and I think everybody has the potential to do what they want to do. You just have to work hard at it and not expect an easy fix. We got together when we were 13, 14. It is important to sacrifice other things in your life, as hard as it sounds, it is important in the long run.
