Rob: Everybody is different. Everybody wants different things. The biggest lesson I have learnt is to respect your family and stay with your family. Obviously things change, but they will always love you. The most important lesson I've learnt is that what you own doesn't make you what you are. Also, that you need to take care of yourself. In terms of success we have all been quite lucky. We have houses and cars and we have got all the things you think people require in life. But, a couple of years ago, I was missing basic essentials, like self respect. I think the most important lesson I have learnt is to look after myself and stay in touch with myself. Everything else is just a by-product of what you do.

ILM: What tunes would feature on your ultimate summer playlist?

Phil: That's a tough question! The song depends on the day, on whatever mood you're in. I would say, as a general rule of thumb, that you can't go wrong with Bob Marley on a sunny day.

Rob: If I think about it in the space of a day, I would like my alarm clock to be Red House Blues by The Doors. So that would wake me up and get me going. Then I'd work on to something like New Order, 16 Miles An Hour and then The Chemical Brothers, Three Little Birdies Down Beats from Exit Planet Dust. Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For by U2. And then I'd fall asleep to Brian Eno Under Stars.
